Return and Cancellation Policy

At Taakeshu, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

Products are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong size delivered (size different from what was ordered)

In all other cases, customers will be eligible for an exchange or an e-Voucher (valid for 1 year).

Free Return & Exchange is applicable in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received (e.g. incorrect style or incomplete set)
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Damaged product received

Note: The company reserves the right to apply return shipping charges for cases under legal scrutiny.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Only allowed for products of the same value
  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability

Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, exchange, or cancellation, you can:

  • Click on the Return & Cancellation link in the website footer to submit an online request.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • AWB/Courier Tracking Number
  • Reason for Return

Valid Return Conditions

  • Product and accessories (if any) must be in original condition
  • All original tags must be intact and returned along with the product

Non-Returnable Categories:

  • Jewelry
  • Masks
  • Fragrances
  • Stationery

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped for a full refund.

Steps to Cancel:

  • Use the Return & Cancellation link in the website footer
  • Or contact our support team at the contact details above

Note: Partial cancellations are not accepted. You must cancel the entire order.


Refund Policy

Once the return or cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 4–8 working days after processing.
  • The timing of the refund depends on banks, payment gateways, and external courier services.

Mode of Refund:

  • Prepaid orders: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card, Net banking, UPI)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via NEFT to your bank account. You will need to share your bank details for the same.
